Lead Controllership Analyst – Leap Product Line
The Leap Lead Controllership Analyst works alongside Product line Finance, the CMR modeling team, Commercial & Risk, and Operations to account for NPI products within the Leap product line. The role analyzes complex financial models and develops new processes to capture future liabilities, delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis while ensuring accounting compliance and operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities- Administer general accounting and policy application for all cycles, including inventory, revenue recognition, receivables/payables, and intercompany.
- Interpret Enterprise Standards, SOPs, and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive financial services.
- Develop specialized expertise and serve as a best‑practice resource; contribute to strategy and policy development.
- Influence cross‑functional teams by communicating complex financial information and building consensus.
- Make judgments on moderately complex tasks, analyze data, and support recommendations using internal and external sources.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to analyze and present complex financial data.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Strong problem‑solving and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong systems acumen and orientation toward process improvement.
- Effective interpersonal skills and high professionalism.
- Detail‑oriented with strong project‑management skills.
- Strong analytical ability and capacity to influence leadership.
- Team‑spirit and flexible approach.
- Base pay: $110,000 – $146,700.
- Annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of base salary.
