This is a full-time, on-site role for a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver based in Hamilton, OH. The driver will be responsible for operating company-provided vehicles transport clients to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other approved destinations. Key tasks include assisting passengers with entering and exiting vehicles, securing wheelchairs or mobility aids, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety, and ensuring timely arrivals.

Drivers will also provide courteous and professional service while adhering to all traffic and company policies.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and knowledge of traffic and safety regulations
• Experience in customer service, with a strong focus on professionalism and communication
• Ability to assist passengers with disabilities, including securing wheelchairs and other mobility aids
• Familiarity with the transportation needs of seniors and individuals with medical requirements
• High level of reliability, punctuality, and problem-solving abilities
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
