We are seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support individuals in a residential substance use treatment facility.
This role involves providing direct care, monitoring and assisting with daily living skills while ensuring a safe and structured environment. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic and committed to helping individuals struggling with substance use achieve long-term recovery.

- Provide care and support to individuals while maintaining a structured, therapeutic and safe environment for clients
- Monitor and assist with self-administration of medication, ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
- Support and reinforce treatment goals, engaging clients in healthy routines and recovery-focused activities
- Observe and document client behavior, reporting concerns to clinical staff as needed
- Assist with coordination of care as needed
- Monitor program schedules and ensure clients are engaged in required programming
- Facilitate daily living skills groups and structured recovery oriented activities
- Assist clients in working through crisis situations
- Perform administrative office tasks
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment or related field is preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and adhere to confidentiality regulations
- Capable of strict adherence to policies and procedures
- Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
- Communicates effectively verbally and in writing
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook and Teams
- Adept at learning and navigating electronic health record systems
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screen as required by federal and state regulations
