Tri Health Hospice is seeking a Chaplain to provide pastoral care to patients and families in home care settings on the west side of Cincinnati. The role involves independent field-based work, supporting colleagues, and upholding patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team.
The position requires an MDiv or equivalent, CPE units, and 3–4 years of chaplaincy experience, including hospice. On-call coverage and travel are expected as part of the role.
