Skilled Billing Coordinator

Location: Hamilton, OH

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday; hybrid flexibility after training

Compensation: $22-$29 an hour

Seeking a Skilled Billing Coordinator to manage Medicare Part A & B and Managed Care billing, payments, adjustments, collections, and account reconciliations.

• Process accurate and timely Medicare and Managed Care billing.
• Post payments and reconcile accounts, including EFT/ACH transactions.
• Monitor outstanding accounts receivable, follow up on unpaid balances, and resolve credit balances.
• Process account adjustments and payer recoupments.
• Review registrations and billing information in Point Click Care  (PCC).
• Assist with billing audits, special projects, and backup support for Medicaid and private-pay billing.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of billing experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, insurance, and Medicaid billing requirements.
• Experience with Point Click Care  or other EHR systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or behavioral health billing experience preferred.
