• Organize and maintain the placement of vehicles within the designated zone or move area to the defined standard established by lot operations leadership.
• Utilize information from the Supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards daily to make move decisions and stage vehicles in the assigned zone area.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts relating to safety and efficient movement of vehicles in and out of the assigned zone area.
• Move vehicles and stage them safely to proper work destinations, eliminating multiple drop‑off points and less than full loads.
• Confirm that all vehicles can operate safely and engage service and tow teams for inoperable vehicles.
• Label vehicles with sale and routing labels to maintain accurate movements and reduce the need for crew leaders to print and label staged units before transport.
• Communicate with crew leaders and managers regarding inventory levels within the move area and prioritize actions.
• Set an example in behavior by championing Cox/Manheim values and ensuring all employees are treated with respect.
• Implement all company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct.
• Model a visible representation of Manheim's safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling related behaviors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
• OR a different combination: any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years’ experience.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.

• Basic mechanical knowledge of identifying flat tires, low gas, jump‑starting vehicles.
• Knowledge of lot operations/lot layout preferred.
• Knowledge of LDM preferred.
• Required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear; vision abilities including close, distance, and color vision; depth perception and focus adjustment required.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.

Hourly base pay rate is $14.71 - $22.12 per hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
