This role is responsible for ensuring safety standards are respected, adhering to V5000, TS16949, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Ohio OHSAS
18001 standards using QRQC methodology across all functions.

Key responsibilities include:

Understanding safety working instructions, PPE requirements, conducting first-level maintenance (PMs), and first-piece inspection at the start of each shift.

Maintaining 5S workplace organization.

Ensuring flexibility and multiskilling in their Autonomous Production Unit (APU) and verifying display visual requirements.

Detecting deviations in safety, quality, or efficiency standards.

Stopping work and applying reactive procedures when problems are detected.

Participating in immediate containment actions.

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and VPS workshops.

Participating in daily 5-minute team meetings within the APU.

Ensuring cleanliness and safety at each workstation.

Reporting supply shortages to the team lead during all shifts.

This position is entry-level, full-time, and falls under management and manufacturing in the motor vehicle parts industry. Referrals can increase your chances of interview success.
