What You’ll Tackle Setup and operate fiber and CO₂ laser cutting equipment (Mitsubishi and Mitz-style systems).Load, align, and secure metal materials for accurate, efficient runs.

Interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to plan each job.

Measure output with a tape measure, calipers, and gauges; make machine adjustments to sustain quality and speed.

Maintain a clean, organized work area while supporting production goals and teammates.

Must-Haves Experience operating a CO₂ laser in a manufacturing/production environment.

Ability to read a tape measure and complete accurate basic measurements.

Mechanical aptitude and the willingness to learn new equipment.

Detail orientation with a strong commitment to quality.

Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
