Nurse - RN​/PRN

Facility is currently looking for Full Time, Part Time and PRN positions. Come join our team as a charge nurse at our state-of-the-art, skilled nursing facility. This position provides direct care to the patients and provides direct oversight to nurse aides. It ensures and promotes excellent care delivery on the nursing care units, meeting the needs of residents, families, and staff during the care delivery process.

Rates: $35.00 to $41.00 an hour depending on experience and licensure. Daily pay available.

• Assist in responsibility for total patient care within the nursing unit, and manage the unit.
• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Carry out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON.
• Supervise nurse associates, monitoring and responding to policies and procedures regarding their duties.
• Administer medication and treatment per physician orders specific to the patient.
• Instruct and observe that care is implemented per physician/clinician or standard of practice.
• Assist and direct admission/discharge process of patients.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current license in the state in which you practice.
• Maintains licensure (completes CE requirements) and CPR certification.
• Sincere desire to work with the elderly and enjoys working directly with residents, staff, and families.
• Possesses good organizational skills and follows up when patient situations require.
