As a Full‑Time Physician Assistant
, you will provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Hamilton, OH
. The scheduled hours are 30‑40 hours per week, with the following shift structure:
Wednesday & Thursday until 6 pm
; additional flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

• Wednesday and Thursday shifts until 6pm required with flexibility on other days of the week:
  Monday, 7am‑5pm, Tuesday, 7am‑5:30pm, Friday, 7am‑3:30pm.
• DEA required.
• Primary care and chronic condition management.

• Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines and approved agreements.
• Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, growth, and development.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
• Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintains state licenses/certifications to practice.
• Maintains Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable).
• Current NCCPA national certification required.
• Degree from ARC‑PA accredited program.
• Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable).
• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state (Alabama, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Puerto Rico) (New York ROPES registration).
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers required;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
• At least three years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting.
