Nurse - LPN | Day Shift

Facility is looking for Full‑Time, Part‑Time and PRN Day & Night positions. Join our team as a charge nurse leader at our state‑of‑the‑art skilled nursing facility. This position provides direct patient care and direct oversight to nurse aides, ensuring high quality care in the nursing units.

Hourly base rate $28.00 to $32.00 (based on LPN credentials). Additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts. Daily pay options available.

• Assist in overall patient care and manage the unit.
• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Carry out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON.
• Supervise nurse associates, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Administer medication and treatment per physician orders.
• Instruct and observe care implementation per clinician or standard of practice.
• Assist in admission and discharge processes.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current license in the state of practice.
• Maintain licensure, complete CE requirements and CPR certification.
• Desire to work with elderly and enjoy direct interaction with residents, staff, and families.
• Good organizational skills and follow‑up when patient situations require.
