At Community First Solutions, our nursing team takes a resident-first approach—ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual’s needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN, you’ll work side‑by‑side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well‑being. You’ll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person‑centered environment.

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

• PRN 3 12‑hour shifts with one of those days being a weekend.
