• Direct day‑to‑day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the assisted living facility
• Administer all medications as ordered by physician
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning activities of shift as required
• Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies, equipment; report shortages to nursing supervisor
• Place phone calls to pharmacies to order prescriptions
• Pull and prepare patient charts; perform other general office duties as required

• Minimum 1 year experience required
• Must be licensed as an LPN, and maintain current and unencumbered licensure
