Bradford Place Care Center is a full-service nursing facility specializing in complex care. We are committed to providing high-quality clinical and rehabilitative services in a compassionate, supportive environment designed to meet the evolving needs of our patients and residents.
LPNs are responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role involves direct clinical care, documentation, communication with interdisciplinary teams, and supervision of nursing staff.
- Perform daily rounds and assessments on assigned residents.
- Monitor and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate changes in condition to residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Assist in developing and updating resident care plans.
- Support and train nursing staff, including new and temporary employees.
- Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA, infection control, and emergency protocols.
- Participate in quality assurance and state survey processes.
- Direct supervision of nursing staff and indirect supervision of all staff involved in resident care.
- Involved in hiring, training, performance management, and staff scheduling.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to supervise, lead, and mentor nursing staff
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform other duties as required
- Commitment to resident dignity and quality of life
Education & Experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- 1+ year of nursing experience preferred

- Must hold a valid
LPN License
in the state of employment.
