As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in our nursing team, working alongside our compassionate and experienced staff to deliver top-notch care.
We are currently seeking LPNs for the following shifts:- Full-time day shift (7am-7pm)
- Full-time night shift (7pm-7am)
As an LPN at Hamilton Health Care Center, you will have the flexibility to pick up shifts while making a meaningful impact on our residents' lives. We are seeking dependable and compassionate nurses who bring genuine empathy, patience, and professionalism to every shift. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments, following protocols, reporting medical or behavioral changes, and documenting findings
- Performing admission duties, managing discharges, and providing wound care
- Leading CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
- Responding effectively to emergency situations
- Current LPN License
