Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, warmth and hospitality

* Use CORE 4 model to serve guests; eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, heartfelt connection

* Take orders with speed and accuracy using registers at the front counter or iPads in the drive thru

* Learn all positions, in time, with proper training: order taking, window, bagging, drinks, head set, meal delivery to table or in drive thru

* Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and look for opportunities to stock and clean when not serving guests

* Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

* Work on their feet for several hours at a time

* Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

* Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

* Other duties as assigned

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Serving Guests by preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

* Learn all positions, in time, with proper training for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep

* Stock kitchen inventory as needed

* Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times

* Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A

* Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership

* Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes

* Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

* Work on their feet for several hours at a time

* Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

* Other duties as assigned
