• Assist guests in selecting appliances, electronics, furniture, mattresses, and home decor.
• Provide excellent service that enhances the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor.
• Work with fabrics, furniture, bedding, appliances, and home decor to help turn a house into a home.
• Pay close attention to guest needs and adjust recommendations accordingly.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening ability.
• High‑energy, people‑person with a strong sales focus and experience in a customer‑satisfaction environment.
• Available to work a retail schedule.
• Prior experience using Windows‑based computer programs.
• Basic reading, comprehension, and numerical reasoning skills.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and efficiently.

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous demonstrated experience in a customer‑satisfaction environment preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
