• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to keep up with evolving technology and customer needs.

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? AT&T will provide the tools, training and coaching needed to meet and exceed goals.

Annual earnings range from $40,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary increase is dependent on meeting or exceeding all sales goals.
