Inside Sales Insurance Specialist – Multi-Product Sales (W2, Remote)

Join AMBA to deliver tailored Life and Supplemental Health benefits to members of Public Employee, Alumni, and Professional Occupation associations. As a W2 Inside Sales Insurance Specialist on the Multi-Product Sales team, you’ll spend your day on the phone educating members on benefit options and enrolling them in coverage that fits their needs.

What You’ll Do

• Make 150+ outbound calls daily to engage existing members and policyholders
• Deliver scripted and unscripted consultative sales presentations
• Enroll members into supplemental Life & Health insurance products
• Manage inbound call volume and follow up with engaged contacts
• Document all activity in Salesforce and manage your sales pipeline
• Provide a seamless, professional, and caring member experience

What You Bring

• Active Life and/or Health Insurance License
• 2+ years of insurance sales or high-volume call center experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Tech fluency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
• Resilience, drive, and a track record of hitting goals
• A positive attitude and desire to grow within a mission-driven team
