West Chester, OH. Pay: $18 – $24 per hour plus bonuses. Full‑time and part‑time positions available.

Flexible hours. Must be available to visit retail stores during peak hours (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM) and attend marketing events.

• Help the team meet goals and increase productivity and profitability.
• Ensure leads are collected efficiently and followed up with.
• When a qualified lead is found, set up an appointment for the inside sales team.
• Use lead generation skills to find prospects and assist them in obtaining HVAC services.
• Build rapport with customers—meeting new people is a plus.

• There are no hard qualifications for this HVAC customer service position.
