The hourly range for this position is $13.25 to $14.00. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Role OverviewAaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by explaining lease benefits and ensuring 100% satisfaction. They build relationships over the phone and face‑to‑face to bring customers closer to ownership.

Responsibilities- Maintain customers’ accounts, update information in the store computer system, and document all payment appointments.
- Contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreements via home visits and phone calls.
- Sell customers the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
- Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
- Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
- Clean and certify returns in the Quality Assurance Center.
- Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily.
- Load, secure, and protect product in company vehicle.
- Operate company vehicle safely.
- Assist the Sales Team as needed.
- Perform any other reasonable duties requested by management.
- United States: at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy;
Canada: at least 18. - Meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (U.S.).
- Work a schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm.
- Lift up to 50 lbs without help and up to 300 lbs with a dolly.
- Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High energy and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proper telephone etiquette.
- Uphold the Aaron’s brand and protect company assets.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Proficient computer skills.

Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
