House Doctors of Butler County is seeking skilled, personable, and reliable Handyman / Home Repair Technicians to join our growing team as a 1099 sub contractor. This is a part‑time, flexible position for individual tradespeople only — no companies, LLCs, or crews. This position is a deal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys helping homeowners, and values being part of a reputable local company.

• Skilled and dependable individuals with experience in home repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, or painting.

• Technicians who are organized, tech‑friendly, and comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and job tracking.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in handyman, maintenance, or related trades preferred.
• Must carry general liability insurance ($1M min) and personal vehicle insurance.
• Reliable vehicle and personal tools.
• Ability to use Service Titan on phone or tablet (we’ll train you).
• Must pass a background check prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude.

• General carpentry, drywall repair, painting, light plumbing and electrical, and fixture installations.
• Ability to troubleshoot home maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
• Strong communication and reliability.
• Pride in delivering work that exceeds customer expectations.
