Job Description Summary

Road Mechanic:
The role performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime. Our fleet varies by location and includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools and equipment. Some locations may have large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems and oil/gas related equipment.

• Work on a variety of makes, models and equipment in challenging remote locations
• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management
• Work with a safety-focused team in a fast-paced environment
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs as described

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas) strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (21 years of age; CDL may be required in some locations)
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual abilities may be required based on location needs

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Base Pay Range: $23.58 - $32.41
