Base Pay Range$80,000.00/yr – $/yr

Sign‑on bonus of $5,000 based on experience.
Responsibilities- Follow our installation system and educate the customer on products and services.
- Meet and exceed key performance requirements.
- Deliver quality workmanship; possess necessary tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
- Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.
- Report to the HVAC Install Foreman on projects.
- Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings.
- Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees.
- Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business.
- EPA Certified.
- 3+ years of residential experience.
- Complete knowledge of the National Code and Local Codes.
- Understand and comply with OSHA rules and regulations.
- Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software.
- An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team.
- Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting.
- Must be able to speak English and audibly hear to communicate.
- Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools.
- Must be able to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements).
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
- HVAC.
- Electrical Troubleshooting.
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10).
