Responsibilities And Duties

Perform any and all property maintenance needs
Prepare apartments for new residents
Complete work orders
Basic Carpentry
Plumbing
Electrical Systems
Mechanical Systems
Small Appliance Repair
Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash

Requirements

Maintenance or "handyman" experience
Apartment/multi-family maintenance experience a plus
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Tools (hammer, screwdrivers, channel locks, multimeter, Allen wrenches, pliers, knife, flashlight)
Able to respond to after‑hours emergency calls as part of an on‑call rotation
