We are looking for knowledgeable, customer‑focused auto, diesel, aircraft, or forklift technicians to join the Crown team.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and the ability to safely operate lift trucks.

• Good mechanical and electrical aptitude, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines, and ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer‑care skills.
• Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various testing equipment.
• Familiarity with common hand tools, electrical and air tools, torch, arc welder, and testing equipment.
• Industry‑related training preferred.
• Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow through.

The pay range for this position is $24.45—$36.25 per hour.
