Pay- Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr – $/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

- Efficiently complete service calls; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Recommend the right products and services for each situation.

- Participate in training, department, and company meetings.
- Represent Eco professionally and knowledgeably at every step.
- Work in different climates and home environments.
Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Qualifications- 2–5 years of residential plumbing experience with a growth‑minded approach.
- Understanding of local plumbing codes and on‑the‑job application.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for extended periods.
- Speak English and hear clearly to coordinate work and safety.
- Use hands/arms to signal, grasp, hold, turn, push, and pull tools/materials.
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Work at heights; climb ladders and stairs; occasional platforms/scaffolding with proper fall protection.
- Perform in heat, rain, cold, and wind with appropriate PPE.
