• Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr – $/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

• Efficiently complete service calls; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Recommend the right products and services for each situation.
• Deliver quality workmanship—show up with the tools and know‑how.
• Follow our service process to create consistent, five‑star experiences.
• Participate in training, department, and company meetings.
• Represent Eco professionally and knowledgeably at every step.
• Work in different climates and home environments.

Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

• 2–5 years of residential plumbing experience with a growth‑minded approach.
• Understanding of local plumbing codes and on‑the‑job application.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for extended periods.
• Speak English and hear clearly to coordinate work and safety.
• Use hands/arms to signal, grasp, hold, turn, push, and pull tools/materials.
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Work at heights; climb ladders and stairs; occasional platforms/scaffolding with proper fall protection.
• Perform in heat, rain, cold, and wind with appropriate PPE.
