As our Maintenance Technician, you will provide high‑quality service to our residents, hold yourself to high standards, demonstrate a positive, service‑mindful demeanor, and manage multiple shifting priorities. You will be responsible for routine maintenance of the community’s physical integrity, daily grounds pickup, and ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be our go‑to person for emergency care and will embrace technology to receive and manage work orders via our Maintenance Mobile app, with a stipend for your personal smartphone.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents.
- Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48‑hour expectation).
- Maintain broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Assist with court‑ordered “set‑outs” when necessary.
- Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3–5 days).
- Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Be responsive to on‑call emergencies.
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- HVAC training and certification preferred.
- Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours).
- Ability to be “on‑call” for emergencies.
- Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone applications.
We are embracing technology in how we serve our communities. Our HVAC Technicians receive work orders on our Maintenance Mobile app. You will be provided a stipend for your use of your personal smartphone to stay connected with us and process through your work orders.
