- Minimum of 3 years of experience in handyman, maintenance, or related trades preferred.
- Reliable vehicle and personal tools.
- Ability to use Service Titan (we’ll train you).
- Must pass a background check prior to employment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude.
- General carpentry, drywall repair, painting, light plumbing and electrical, and fixture installations.
- Ability to troubleshoot home maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
- Strong communication and reliability.
- Pride in delivering work that exceeds customer expectations.
