Junior PA to Founders (Start-Up)

Most 'assistant' roles have you supporting one person's calendar. This one has you helping build an agency, sat next to both founders while they do it.

Our client is a fast-growing, full-service E-commerce agency. They're hiring a Founders' Right Hand to work directly alongside both founders as they scale.

No two weeks look the same. You might be:

→ Pulling together client reports and performance summaries

→ Building lead lists and prospect briefs

→ Drafting emails, Linked In posts and marketing content

→ Quality-checking client work before it goes out

→ Organising meetings, events and travel

→ Keeping Hub Spot and other systems sharp

→ Whatever else lets the team focus on delivery

→ Sharp, organised, genuinely proactive, you spot what needs doing before you're asked

→ A strong writer who can switch between an email, a report and a Linked In post

→ Comfortable juggling a lot without dropping anything

→ Hungry to learn ecommerce, marketing and how a business actually gets built

£28k base + 15% performance bonus. This role grows as the business does, real progression, not a ceiling.
