You will play an important role in school administration, admissions, parent communication, attendance, record keeping and general office operations. You will work closely with school leadership and colleagues across the school, taking ownership of administrative processes and ensuring information is accurate, timely and handled with appropriate confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Welcome and sign in visitors in line with safeguarding and school security procedures

* Coordinate post, deliveries and courier arrangements

* Support the administration of school supplies, equipment and facilities

* Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive pupil, family and staff information

* Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times

* Provide a calm, organised and professional front-of-house service

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

* Previous experience in an administrative, reception or front-of-house role

* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Confident and professional telephone manner

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

* Calm, positive and approachable manner in a busy environment

* Professional, reliable and proactive approach to work

* Strong commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children
