Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a Drainage Co-Ordinator to join their team.

The main purpose of this Drainage Co-Ordinator role is to The Drainage Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the Drainage Division.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £31,000 P/A, depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 8am - 5pm.

Reporting to the Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of client inquiries, survey bookings, job scheduling, and project delivery in support of the Drainage team.
The role serves as the primary point of contact between clients, surveyors, tradespeople, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Responsible for maintaining high standards of communication, operational efficiency, and project documentation.
Delivering an outstanding client experience and supporting the company’s reputation for excellence.
Manage incoming client inquiries and convert them into scheduled surveys and works.
Book and coordinate drainage surveys, ensuring timely delivery of reports to clients.
Liaise closely with tradesmen to ensure they are briefed for all jobs and reports are completed accurately.
Managing job bookings and tracking systems.
Track and follow up on quotes, manage approvals, and convert successful quotations into scheduled works.

The ideal candidate:

Commutable to Fulham, London daily.
Excellent communication and customer service skills essential
Minimum of 3 years experience working in Co-ordinating/ Scheduling drainage/plumbing engineers/ Property Services, construction or facilities management industries
Professional telephone manner with ability to handle both client inquiries and contractor liaison
Computer literacy - MS Office, Google documents
