Project Manager
Location:
London & Home Counties
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + Package
About the Role
Our client is a leading high-end residential main contractor delivering some of London's most prestigious refurbishment, restoration and bespoke new build projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering luxury residential schemes to the highest standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys managing complex, design-led projects where quality is paramount.
Responsibilities
Manage high-end residential projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Lead refurbishment, extension, basement and bespoke new build projects.
Manage programmes, budgets and project delivery.
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and direct labour.
Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout construction.
Build strong relationships with private clients, architects and interior designers.
Chair site and progress meetings.
Monitor project risks and implement solutions proactively.
Ensure all health & safety requirements are met.
Manage procurement alongside the commercial team.
Produce regular progress reports.
Deliver projects on time and within budget.
Ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
Manage project documentation and quality inspections.
Support successful project handovers. Requirements
Previous experience as a Project Manager.
Extensive high-end residential experience is essential.
Experience delivering luxury refurbishments and bespoke homes.
Strong understanding of premium finishes and detailing.
Excellent client-facing communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
