Position: Site Manager (Holiday Cover)
Location: Fulham

We have an ongoing need for temporary site management cover.

Job Role:

To provide temporary site management cover during the regular Site Manager’s absence, ensuring works continue safely, efficiently and in line with the programme.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities, subcontractors and deliveries.

* Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with RAMS and site procedures.

* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings as required.

* Monitor quality and progress against the construction programme.

* Maintain site records, including diaries, inspections and relevant H&S documentation.

* Liaise with the project team, subcontractors, client representatives and other stakeholders.

* Identify and escalate any safety, quality, programme or commercial issues promptly.

* Maintain good housekeeping, site security and welfare standards.

* Provide a clear handover of progress, outstanding actions and issues at the end of the cover period.

Requirements:

Previous Site Manager experience, good knowledge of construction H&S requirements, strong communication and organisational skills. Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred/required as applicable
