We're looking for an experienced Senior Foreman to join on a project in West London.

The Role:

Coordinating leader, responsible for managing multiple foremen, enforcing standards, and supporting delivery of the wider programme.

Also responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, leading multiple trade teams, and ensuring that construction activities are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

This role acts as a key liaison between site management and the workforce, often taking responsibility for resource allocation, progress monitoring, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination.

Requirements:

CSCS Gold Card or CSCS Black Card

NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Construction Site Supervision / Construction Operations Supervision

Health & Safety Awareness Training

Manual Handling Training

Strong leadership and organisational skills
A proactive approach with a commitment to quality and safety
