Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution
Coordinate architects, consultants and technical teams to ensure design integrity
Manage design programmes, design risk and buildability reviews
Ensure design compliance with quality standards and planning requirements Candidate Requirements
Experience managing design on high-end residential and bespoke residential schemes
Strong stakeholder engagement, coordination and leadership skills
