1:1 Teaching Assistant – Hammersmith & Fulham – £90 to £110 Daily Rate – Full Time – ASAP Start – Primary School

The Position – 1:1 Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a pupil who requires additional support to access learning and manage emotional or behavioural needs. You will provide consistent, tailored support throughout the school day, helping the pupil to remain engaged, build confidence, and make progress both academically and socially. You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support plans, follow behaviour strategies, and monitor progress.

This role requires a nurturing, patient, and proactive approach. This is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP.
