Salary will be paid at Inner London Main Pay Scale – M1, reflecting the Early Career Teacher level.
About the Role
Teach Now is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham to recruit a Year 3 Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a September 2026 start.
This is an excellent opportunity for a final-year trainee teacher or ECT looking to begin their teaching career in a supportive school with a strong track record of developing new teachers. You will teach a well-settled Year 3 class within a collaborative Key Stage 2 team and benefit from a structured ECT induction programme.

Key Responsibilities
• Teach a Year 3 class and deliver engaging Key Stage 2 lessons
• Plan and deliver lessons using the school’s established curriculum frameworks
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share planning and ideas
• Monitor pupil progress and support all learners to succeed
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026
• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Passion for teaching and supporting pupil progress
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting pupil wellbeing
• The right to work in the UK
