Primary Supply Teacher (EYFS / KS1 / KS2)

Salary: £150–£165 per day

Salary dependent on experience and qualifications. Higher rates are reserved for candidates with substantial teaching experience and/or additional relevant qualifications or subject specialisms. Pay is determined in line with school expectations and Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), where applicable.

About the Role:

Teach-Now is recruiting passionate and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in a range of excellent partner schools — all located within the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers seeking flexible work while gaining experience in well-led, high-performing primary schools. Whether you are available one day per week or full-time, we can offer consistent placements to suit your schedule.

You will have the chance to work in welcoming school communities with strong behaviour policies, supportive leadership teams and well-resourced classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across your preferred key stage

• Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management

• Adapt quickly to different school environments and expectations

• Ensure all pupils are engaged and supported in their learning

• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times

• Provide clear feedback to school staff at the end of each day

Requirements:

To be eligible for this role and the stated rate of pay, applicants must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in at least one primary key stage

• A strong classroom presence and the ability to adapt confidently

• A positive, proactive and professional attitude

• Recent UK primary teaching experience
