We have a brilliant opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join a market leading service provider, on a fantastic, state of the art site based in West London! This is a stand out role if you're looking to join a well experience maintenance team, receive on-going training, and the opportunity to progress internally.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the completions of PPM and reactive maintenance, fault find / troubleshoot, assist with mechanical related tasks, respond to site emergencies, update site logbooks and escort subcontractors.

Electrical Engineer Duties:

Carry out and manage planned preventative maintenance across Electrical and Mechanical Systems, Three Phase Power, UPS, Generators, Switch rooms, associated plant and equipment, HVAC, Boilers, Pumps, General Mechanical duties.  
Monitor BMS and other systems for running and alarm conditions
Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
Completing logbooks and RAMS
Reports
Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.
Permits to work
Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods  
Electrical Engineer Requirements:

Fully qualified in Electrical installations / engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent)
At least 3 years experience as an Electrical Engineer within commercial maintenance  
Good commercial M&E knowledge  
Client facing attitude   
Salary and Package:

£50,000 - £55,000 per annum  
Continental shift pattern (Day and night)
20 days annual leave
