About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven Finance Assistant to support the creation, maintenance, and settlement of Off‑Invoice Commercial Terms with customers across the UK and Ireland. These include Year-End Rebates, Off‑Invoice Promotional Discounts, and OCA services.

You will join a specialised Pricing Team responsible for centrally managing system data for Off‑Invoice Discounts, supporting the implementation of a new system launching on April 8th (S/4). This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, strong controls, and timely settlement of contracts across four UKI divisions.

Key Responsibilities

New System Implementation

You will support the Pricing Team with the transition to a new S/4 system, ensuring that all Off‑Invoice Discount data is accurately created, maintained, and managed.

Core Duties

The Pricing Team will be responsible for:

Creation and maintenance of all Off‑Invoice Discount Contracts for all four UK&I Divisions (CPD, PPD, LPD, LLD).
Ensuring accurate accruals are posted to P&L based on each Contract's timing and information.
Liaising with Commercial and Finance teams when Contract changes are required.
Settlement and payment of all Off‑Invoice Discount Contracts, aligned with monthly debt requirements.
Timely completion of pre‑closing tasks:
Contract validations
Accrual posting
Settlement posting into accounting
Accrual reversals (as required)
Completion of post‑closing tasks, including KPI reporting and review.
The role is transactional with a high volume of repetitive tasks

Key Competencies

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

Strong stakeholder communication (Commercial, Finance, Credit, Invoice‑to‑Pay).
Understanding of P&L impact relating to Contract management.
High attention to detail with strong accuracy.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.

Experience in Finance, Pricing, or Commercial Operations is a plus, but not essential.
