Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue payments. Conduct thorough analysis of accounts payable to identify outstanding debts. Utilise accounting software to track payments and maintain accurate records. Engage with clients via phone calls, employing effective telemarketing techniques and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Resolve disputes and negotiate payment plans with clients to facilitate debt recovery. Perform data entry tasks related to account management and payment processing.

Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving collection processes. Provide regular updates and reports on collection activities and account statuses. Qualifications Proven experience in debt collection or financial services is essential. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Familiarity with accounting software is highly desirable.

Excellent telemarketing skills with a focus on effective communication and phone etiquette. Ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions based on findings.
