Location: Fulham
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance or Accounts Manager to join their team within the education sector.
Main responsibilities:
* Maintaining strong financial processes and supporting the Bursar in key financial functions
* Preparing monthly management accounts
* Prepare weekly supplier payment schedules, bank reconciliations, annual budget preparations, order processing, purchase orders, petty cash
* Follow up on outstanding payments / fees, insurance renewals & lease agreements
* Handle staff expenses and reimbursements
Requirements:
* Accounting qualification preferred (Qualified or part-qualified)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential
* Strong finance background, preferably with an accounting qualification, and be confident in financial process implementation
* Strong financial acumen with exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with strong administrative skills
This is a fully site based role, offering good benefits. Full DBS required
