Position: Bodyshop Prepper / Polisher
Location: Hammersmith

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Prepper / Polisher to join our client’s reputable bodyshop in Hammersmith, London.

This position offers a stable career within a professional environment, ideal for individuals dedicated to delivering high-quality vehicle preparation and finishing.

The Bodyshop Prepper / Polisher will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by masking and masking removal, polishing and finishing vehicles to industry standards, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality. The Bodyshop Prepper / Polisher role involves maintaining a clean and safe working environment, supporting additional bodyshop tasks as required, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

Working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with regular breaks

Duties as a Bodyshop Prepper / Polisher:

Preparing vehicles for painting, including masking and masking removal
Polishing and finishing vehicles to ensure quality standards
Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the work area
Ensuring work is completed within designated time frames
Assisting with other bodyshop tasks as required
Upholding health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Prepper / Polisher within a bodyshop environment
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and efficiently as part of a team
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
Own tools and transport preferred but not essential
Demonstrable commitment to high standards and customer satisfaction
