Clinical Responsibilities
  • Deliver full range of Advanced Primary Medical Services (APMS)
  • Diagnose and manage:
    • Acute conditions
    • Chronic conditions
  • Manage undifferentiated presentations with clinical autonomy
  • Develop patient-centred care plans
  • Promote:
    • Preventative health
    • Patient education and counselling
  • Ensure:
    • Accurate clinical record-keeping
    • Effective use of IT systems
    • Safe and appropriate prescribing
