Job Summary
The Graduate Student Aide will work closely with the Leadership Institute and provide essential administrative and programmatic support to the Career Management Coordinator in the College of Business. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate student interested in career development, student services, or higher education administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the Business Experience courses, including tracking attendance and assisting with grading.
- Compile and distribute the weekly job bulletin to Business students, highlighting new opportunities.
- Assist with the planning and execution of Mock Interview Week, including communication and logistics.
- Maintain and update the employer relations database to ensure accurate records and contact information.
- Support the coordination of career-related events, such as career fairs, networking events, etc.
- Provide general administrative support and contribute to additional projects for the Leadership Institute as needed:
- Assist faculty with execution of program activities.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resources for workshops, seminars, and other events related to these programs.
- Manage event attendee registration.
Bachelor’s Degree required; should be currently enrolled at PNW as a graduate student preferably a Business major.
