  • Monitor sales orders and reserve product inventory per customer wanted dates.
  • Create shipments for upcoming customer orders per customer wanted dates.
  • Coordinate product inventory shortfalls with manufacturing operation productions scheduling.
  • Align shipment priorities with shipping and transportation operations.
  • Proactively collaborate between departments to resolve customer order, inventory availability, and shipment scheduling opportunities.
  • Coordinate customer order pickup scheduling and retail shipment requirements per customer supplier agreements.
  • Generate adhoc reports and compile order/shipment information to support customer service efforts across departments.
  • Maintain open communication with designated customers to promote desired service level.
