Job Description:

Deal games, payout winnings, exchange currency for chips and inform guests of game rules.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

Deal games, payout winnings, exchange currency for chips and inform guests of game rules. Change over deck of cards or dice, inspect and mix cards. Verify bank roll fills with the supervisor and security personnel. Ensure protection of game; maintain continuous inspection of cards or dice, ensure betting in compliance with gate rules and minimums set. Close game, sort cards, balance rack, count chips, and sign off with the supervisor.

Must have excellent guest service skills. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older. Professional dealing experience required and must have at least one of the following combinations of game knowledge:
One major game and at least one minor game offered at the Horseshoe, Two major games offered at the Horseshoe, or Any combination of four currently offered at the Horseshoe.

Major Games are currently:
Live Poker, Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat. Minor Games are currently:
Three Card Poker, I Luv Suits, Ultimate Texas, Mississippi Stud, Pai Gow Poker, and Spanish 21 Blackjack.
