Join us as a Full‑Time Teller at REGIONAL Federal Credit Union in Hammond. We are a leading provider of banking products and financial services serving Northwest Indiana.

Full‑time teller responsibilities include performing account transactions, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products.

• Serve members at the teller window by performing account transactions and account maintenance while building relationships.
• Share REGIONAL's product information and cross‑sell products and services.
• Participate in incentive programs and meet sales targets.
• Follow all policies, security measures, and the Personnel Policy.
• Maintain accurate transaction details, a balanced teller drawer, and complete required ongoing training.

• Available to work Monday‑Friday 7:45 a.m.–6:15 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m.–12:15 p.m.; schedules are produced monthly.
• Minimum 40 hours per week.
• Previous experience in sales, cash handling, or banking is a plus.
• Punctuality and a desire to meet set goals.
• Ability to lift at least 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Starting $16 per hour. Paid holidays, PTO, 401K, medical, dental, vision, and quarterly incentives ($800 maximum).
