Ascent Hospitality is seeking a skilled Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and guest experience of our hotel rooms and public areas.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms daily (make beds, dust, vacuum, polish furniture)
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, stairways, and bathrooms
• Restock supplies and replace light bulbs
• Perform quality checks on room amenities (television, telephone, AC, smoke detectors)
• Report maintenance issues through proper channels
• Follow hotel procedure for lost and found
• Adhere to uniform policy and maintain score of 90% or higher on room inspections

• Basic English reading, writing & speaking
• Follow simple one- or two-step instructions
• Flexible shift work and teamwork
• Excellent customer service skills

• Stand, kneel, crouch, walk, climb, balance regularly
• Lift up to 10–25 pounds often, up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Use close and distance vision and color vision

• High school education or equivalent preferred
• Four to six months of housekeeping experience or training preferred
